Implementation Services
From initial planning to completion, we will work closely with you and respond to your specific needs. Training for example, is structured to meet your skill level and IT capability, a comprehensive site survey carried out by one of our project consultants will audit your specific hardware requirements and we will always endeavor to transfer data from your existing system as appropriate |
Help-desk services
Our help-desk is manned by trained, experienced, industry professionals who not only understand our software, but know how it works in your trading environment
- All queries are logged and monitored for speedy turn around
- Reports on the nature and number of calls per customer are analysed to reveal training needs
- Our staff receive on-going training and are incentivised to respond promptly and politely

Training
Training will help you optimise the benefit you derive from your system. Our training centre provides a pleasant and quiet training environment with access to a workstation for 'hands-on' practice. Alternatively, training can be delivered on-site at your premises. |
